Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected within the 30-day period, Superior Trade LLC will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Return and Refund Costs: Return shipping charges are free for orders above $35. For orders below $35, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. There will be no deduction from the refund amount for return and refund costs.
